Russell Beasley is a graduate of Texas A&M University, College Station with a degree in Industrial Technology. He has spent over 40 years in the field of manufacturing plant management, overseeing all aspects of operations. He has extensive experience with plant expansions, operations optimization, leadership and team development.

Russell has in-depth knowledge with quality management systems and holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and Total Productive Management Concepts. He is also an effective implementor of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and Quality Management Systems
