Otherwise, all payments must be paid to the Houston headquarters offices of the Auctioneer at 1304 Langham Creek Drive, Suite 454, Houston, TX, 77084, or, by wire transfer directly to the bank specified in the wire transfer instructions provided for this on-line auction. The full purchase price on all lots sold to the same buyer must be paid within the time fixed and before removal of any of the goods.
