Robert J. Braman - President Robert J. Braman, President

Bob Braman is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Business where he received a degree in marketing. In addition to graduating magna cum laude, Bob received a national honorary from both Blue Key and from Beta Gamma Sigma. He was honored with the William A. Rawles Key solely awarded to the school's outstanding senior. Additionally, he holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Indiana School of Law. Bob was the Associate Editor of the Law Review and graduated with top law school honors, including Order of the Coif.

Upon graduation from law school, Bob practiced law with the large financial law firm of Chapman and Cutler in Chicago, Illinois, for over six years. He left to pursue a career in industrial equipment sales - a business in which his family had been involved since the Korean War. Resultedly, Bob brings a lifetime of experience in the industrial equipment business and an extensive legal background to PMI's professional roundtable.

Bob is also a member of the National (USA), Canadian, and Texas Auctioneers Associations and is a member of the bar in both Illinois and Indiana. As an extremely well-respected member of these organizations and because of the recognition he has received as an innovator in the asset disposal community, Bob has been a featured speaker at many meetings, seminars, and conventions throughout the United States and abroad. He is one of the company's licensed auctioneers.


Jack M. Introligator - Vice President Jack M. Introligator, Vice President

Jack Introligator attended Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a major in accounting.

He is a veteran with four years of service in the United States Air Force.

As a Certified Public Accountant, Jack practiced with Coopers and Lybrand in their New York office for over four years. He left when offered a position as the Assistant Director of Accounting for the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Upon leaving that position, Jack moved to Texas and became associated with a family group of companies which formed one of the largest new and used machinery operations in the world.

As an officer in the companies (Vice President, Treasurer, President) for nearly 15 years, Jack utilized his financial skills, while developing his knowledge of machine tools and equipment.

Joining Plant & Machinery Inc. as a Vice President shortly after its inception, he has also served on the boards of of directors of various Houston-area banks and since the early 1980's, has been a member of the Regional Advisory Board of Directors of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. He is one of the company's licensed auctioneers.


Ronald G. Moore - Vice President Ronald G. Moore, Vice President

Ron Moore is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Houston School of Business Administration, where he graduated as a finance major. Additionally, he has completed post baccalaureate work in accounting. As an exemplary student, Ron joined Beta Gamma Sigma and other honor societies.

After college, Ron spent many years as an executive with NL Baroid Petroleum Services. He was both the Manager of General Accounting and the Manager of Fixed Assets when he left NL Baroid to become Plant & Machinery Inc.'s Controller. Today, Ron is both a Vice President and the Treasurer of PMI. He manages all accounting, advertising, and logistical functions and also serves as the company's primary auctioneer. His father started in the machinery business in the 1930's and Ron carries on that tradition today. Ron has been with PMI since the inception of the corporation.

Ron serves on various community boards and is very active within his church. For many years he has volunteered his time as the auctioneer for the Art Director's Club of Houston Auction and also volunteered as the auctioneer for the annual Houston Leukemia Society Charity Auction. He is a member of the National (USA), Canadian, and the Texas Auctioneers Association, and is licensed in many states across the country.

Ron Braman graduated from Colombia College in 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Advertising.

After graduation, Ron worked for a short time with Metro Goldwyn Mayer Phonograph Records Division before a ten year association with Aldens Inc., a large Chicago catalog and direct marketing company. As a copywriter, operating manager and eventually a consumer electronics buyer, he developed a strong background in marketing and consumer goods. In the middle 1970's, he was part of the buying team that developed America Direct, Inc., Alden's direct merchandising subsidiary. At the same time, he also served six years as a photographer in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.

Ron moved to Houston in 1980, where he began a career buying and selling metalworking machinery and industrial equipment. Developing relationships with manufacturing companies across the country during the ensuing seven years, he joined PMI in 1987 handling machinery marketing and orderly liquidations. Ron also coordinates much of his private negotiation sales and assists with the sealed bid sales efforts.
